Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return reason to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the vinyl in its original mailer or a sturdy record-specific box to ensure it remains flat and protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned media, we will process your full refund or ship out a replacement copy within 3 to 5 business days.
