How do you ensure vinyl records are protected during shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl records. Each shipment includes bumper edges to prevent corner dings and extra stiffeners to ensure your records arrive flat and undamaged.
What is your return policy for opened records?
We accept returns on defective or warped vinyl within 30 days of purchase. However, due to the nature of the medium, we cannot accept returns for non-defective records that have been opened or played.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Resident Vinyl ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
How can I track my order?
